What a dump. Not sure how they stay in business. It's dirty, run down and nasty. For the same money you can have a nice vacation some place else. The reviews that are terrible are really true. They are not making this stuff up. Save some grief and look elsewhere.

My family rented three of the cabins at Indian Point Resort. They were very dated and poorly maintained. One group even had to move to a new cabin because their ceiling came down due to toilet leakage in the room above. Sidewalks were cracked and uneven. Flower beds were weedy and poorly maintained. The game room was dirty and had... More

The owners are taking the profits and putting nothing into the upkeep of this property. Everything is falling apart due to age. This is not because of lack maintenance issues but simply because the owners are not putting any effort into the property except the very, very minimum. We should have known this when we drove up and the signs... More

Nice views, jacuzzi tub was wonderful.... fireplace didn't work (had it looked at 3 times never did work) bed awful woke with back hurting, couch so uneven and lumpy hard to sit on I couldn't imagine having to sleep on it. Old box TV, HBO barely came in. Did have full kitchen small but doable

From day one of our thurs-Mon stay, the staff was rude, we had hardly any running water, no hot or even warm water, a water leak that turned into a flood in our kitchen. Ants everywhere inside the RV. You could see and smell the mold under the sink. Our window ac's were falling out of the windows. One of... More

Ok I have several reasons why this 'resort' is terrible. 1. The pool, dirty and the fencing has jagged rusty nails poking out everywhere. 2. The ridiculous playground is an infection waiting to happen. Sharp metal is sticking out of the 1 swing and monkey bars.there is an infant swing but its that rough yellow cordage that cuts skin. Who... More

After reading a few horrible reviews of this resort, I was very scared to stay, but with great surprise we love it! We rented a log cabin which is as waterfront as it gets on table rock lake (because the core of engineers owns a certain amount of land). We were In a quite cove, with a large dock for... More

After booking a camp site at Trails End and reading the reviews we were shocked at the condition of the park. The sites were to have full hookups with cable. The cable doesn't work, the restroom/shower house should be condemed as it even had vice grips for a handle on the shower, and were so nasty it was discusting. The... More

We had seen Trail's End on the outside in March. We chose it because of the nice dock and proximity to the lake. I reserved a two bedroom "resort unit" with a kitchenette, the lowest priced option. I had seen a floor plan online and thought it would be okay. Upon arrival it was NASTY- tiny room, hideous smell, I've... More

We took our 5th wheel, and stayed at the rv park. And our adult kids and grandkids rented a cabin so we can review both. Let me tell you one thing, what, they call a rv park is a joke, its gravel spots on a hill, and if you are wondering why you can't find any pictures of the park... More
