At the time we stayed it was off season so there were few guests, less traffic and very quiet as a result. The only thing unexpected was watching television on an old school TV in glorious 19". The room was clean. The beds, while not pillow top, are still comfortable. Our particular room had a vanity apart from the bathroom,... More

The pool/hot tub room is not ventilated properly and the moisture and chlorine permeates the entire facility. The rooms would be great for a retro 80's hotel but it is just left over from the 1980's. I assume the breakfast was good because by 8am it was all gone and we got coffee. Would not stay again. too many other... More

The Cascades is a nice motel. It is not extra plush, but neither are the prices. We had a nice, clean, comfortable room with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay and would go back, if we are in the area.

I went here with my sister and her kids for a little get away to visit Silver Dollar City. We picked this because of the location and price and they had a indoor pool and hot tub. Payed almost $80 for the room, but it was peak season in Branson. The breakfast pictured on the website looked great, but when... More

We liked the location but the carpet was bad, beds are old, TV old, blow dryer didn't work and the Hot Tub was COLD. Same boring breakfast every morning. Coffee was done by 9am. Didn't clean our rooms till 10pm.

We were guests invited to tour Trophy Run in the Branson Area - We were initially assigned a motel room with 2 beds for 4 people - there were no accommodations at the resort for us to stay in - We had to acquire another room at the expense of $262 after an 8 hour drive to get there -... More

This hotel was average. We traveled in the off season, so there were not many other guests besides us. We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was clean, but dated. The staff did a good job cleaning our room while we were out for the day. The pool was large, and hot tub was average. The staff was older, but friendly.... More

After staying in a terrible hotel in St Louis the night before, and after arriving in Branson and realizing the Chateau got my reservation wrong and had no rooms for us, we were a bit desperate. We booked the Cascades Inn while at dinner in town, and it was one of the few hotels that had any rooms left on... More

We stayed in July 2014. The hotel was dated and the tv in the room was very old. It did not have a remote so we asked for one- it didn't work. The ice machines did not work on any of the 4 floors, except for the one by the lobby. The worst problem was that we had 2 adults... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights last week courtesy of the in-laws. The hotel is VERY dated. Front desk staff never made eye contact or smiled when we walked back and forth through the lobby, always having their heads down.Beds were low to the floor, but comfortable enough. I didn't eat breakfast there, but was told by family members... More
