Very nice place on a budget. Great indoor pool area. The only bad thing was that there were water bugs in the pool area, but have been told by several people that this is a common occurrence in this part of the US. The rooms were nice, perhaps a little outdated. But I had stayed a few nights previously in... more

Having heard of Branson, MO on many tv shows, our family decided to find out what it was all about. We flew into Springfield, Missouri and were a little concerned that we might have made a mistake into coming to this part of the country, because it seemed a lot slower paced than we are used to in Southern California.... more

I had read on here that the rooms were clean, but needed updated. Cleanliness is my main priority. The first impression was that the room was clean. On the first night my husband had sat on the bed and got some grease off of his leg onto the bed. They didn't change the sheets, even with the black stuff on... more

We booked this hotel for 4 nights but only stayed 3, the first night the air was not working properly so the next day we went to the front desk to tell them that the air was not working right, I told them that I had the air set @ 60 degrees and the fan set on High. The guy... more

Pros: Clean room. Indoor pool. Reasonable price. Cons: The hotel used to be a smoking hotel. Our "non-smoking" room smelled of old smoke. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. The hotel is aging and needs updating. more

Just got back from Branson. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Clean older hotel with an excellent staff. The pillows need to be changed [4 half pillows]. Also need new mattress.Bed is just not comfortable. If they change bedding this would be an ideal place to stay. more

This is one of the best priced and cleanest hptels ive ever been in. Rooms were always clean and the staff were the nicest i have ever dealt with. Vending machines and ice on each floor was a nice perk. The free breakfast also saved us a few bucks. i cant wait until the summer of 08 to come back!!... more

We stayed here 3/31/07 based on the #1 rating on Trip Advisor. I'm not sure why this place would be ranked so high. It is an older (60's?) property that needs an upgrade with carpet, paint, etc. The rooms have no coffee maker or refrigerator. The free breakfast is just as bad as most places. It certainly was cheap ($55),... more

We just returned from a 3 ngt stay at the Cascades Inn of Branson. The Hotel is an older one, like many others in the area, but is in excellent condition. Don't expect a new facility and furniture. The rooms were well kept and cleaned beyond expectations. The staff at the front desk were polite and informed and always were... more
