After staying in a terrible hotel in St Louis the night before, and after arriving in Branson and realizing the Chateau got my reservation wrong and had no rooms for us, we were a bit desperate. We booked the Cascades Inn while at dinner in town, and it was one of the few hotels that had any rooms left on... More

We stayed in July 2014. The hotel was dated and the tv in the room was very old. It did not have a remote so we asked for one- it didn't work. The ice machines did not work on any of the 4 floors, except for the one by the lobby. The worst problem was that we had 2 adults... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights last week courtesy of the in-laws. The hotel is VERY dated. Front desk staff never made eye contact or smiled when we walked back and forth through the lobby, always having their heads down.Beds were low to the floor, but comfortable enough. I didn't eat breakfast there, but was told by family members... More

Our family has been coming to this incredible hotel for years, and we have always enjoyed out stays. Our latest stay, in June of 2014, may have been the best. it was just my wife and I this time, but the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I travel a lot for... The rooms are very outdated. Bedding has yellow tinge. Tiny pillows. TV's are probably turn of the century sets. Face towels look 20 years old. A/C units struggle to keep rooms cool. Breakfast was unpleasant. Basic things like ice machines were malfunctioning. Just a crappy old hotel that looks better from the outside. The ONLY redeeming factor for this hotel...front... More

We stayed at the hotel because that's where Summerwinds placed us in. We travelled with two little children and were suppose to spend 2 nights and 3 days there. The hallways were dark and smelly, the rooms had no refridgerator (which with 2 kids is almost a necessity for food and snacks), breakfast in the morning barely existed with the... More

Not a bad place to stay. Room was clean and had nice pool and hot tub. My only complaint was breakfast. They couldn't keep it out fast enough. Friendly staff and will stay at again. Our room had a hot tub type bathtub in it and that was nice as well.

ran down to Branson for a Fathers Day outing, stayed at the Cascades Inn as a change from our normal routine that we normally follow when going to Branson, the Inns staff were more than helpful, the room was quite large by most standards and very comfortable. Very little background noise, a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here because it was part of a package deal. We were put on the bottom floor. The room was clean, but nothing fancy. Bed was not very comfortable. No hot water the next morning. Heard people up early taking showers. Said it was a breaker or something. Breakfast was not bad, but mostly carbs. The nicest front desk staff was... More
