Our reservations were made by phone, we never got a confirmation. Called again, received a confirmation for a handicap accessible room- which we do not need and did not ask for. I am sorry you were not happy with your experience at our property. Our outdoor pool does not open until Memorial Day weekend. With the weather changes, etc. it has always been a best practice of ours to wait until that weekend to open that outdoor pool. As of 2013 our entire property will be completely renovated. We encourage you to reserve with us again for your next Branson vacation. More

I stayed here with a buddy during the Street Machine Nationals in August...the location was perfect! I happened on this one just for a place to sleep and that's about all I would use it for. What can I say, it's a Holiday Inn in Branson. If you are going to Branson to see shows and want a nice hotel as part of your experience and price isn't your only consideration keep looking.

this hotel is manned by the best staff anywhere---i am a tour guide for a travel company---i stayed in this hotel 4 times in 6 wks and they consistantly gave the best service possible, from the front desk, luggage carriers, breakfast staff and room service---5 stars +++++---just couldn't get any better tks, sylvia janes
