The room was very nice; with a microwave & fridge. Loved the balcony.. They offered free breakfast( but don't come late or you'll not get some stuff; when they run out they won't make anymore). Did have a problem with the bill, they fixed the problem with no problem & were very helpful & nice( weeks later).

Hotel was centrally located, which was a plus. Clean, friendly staff. Negatives: rooms were extremely small and cramped. Decor was dated. "Fitness cEnter" was a closet in the basement with a tv, bicycle, and out of order treadmill. "Breakfast" was eggs, no bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy and other items All in all, the stay was average.

Perfect location. Every time we go to Branson, Grand Victorian is where we always stay. Very clean and quiet rooms. Free breakfast every morning included if you so desire. Staff very helpful and friendly Denny's restaurant is conveniently located right next door.

We make several trips to Branson a year. It is our goal to always stay at the Hotel Grand Victorian. The hotel is always clean - staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious - nice variety of food. We love the balcony rooms! We highly recommend the Hotel Grand Victorian!
