I coordinate group travel and this was the second time our group went to Branson, and stayed at the Lodge of the Ozarks. The hotel is immaculate, the breakfast sufficient, the service is excellent and aside from a few small issues, a great place to stay. I do agree with a previous review...1. there is no full mirror. 2. the... more

We recently stayed here with a group for a Navy reunion. The hotel was very nice. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. The temperature was really warm but it was only 4 feet deep in the center. The only issue we had was that they lost our mail. My mother had left some of her medicine... more

The room we stayed in was recently remodeled and the results were very impressive. Everything was rustic with a cozy comfortable feel. It made me feel right at home but without distracting from the sense of where we were. It was a great fir for the natural setting of the area. more

We stayed in recently remodeled rooms on the second floor and loved the upgrade. The location is great and the staff is very friendly and they keep if very clean. The food was ok, and the pool is a little old but the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. We felt it is the nicest hotel in... more

At the Lodge of the Ozarks the lobby was beautiful, the desk staff was friendly and helpful, the housekeepers were professionally unobtrusive and followed our requests about what to clean and what to leave alone to the letter. The room was furnished beautifully with a massive carved wooden headboard and many drawers and cupboards. We had only three small complaints,... more

Everyone was friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds , linens, and pillows were very comfortable. In fact, my teenage son wanted to know if I could buy him one of the pillows. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and i was surprised to find plenty left when we arrived at 9:30. Both of the kids said they... more

The Lodge of the Ozarks was our choice for a church conference for 170 women. The staff bent over backwards to serve us and made our experience perfect in every way. The lobby is elegant, the rooms are spotless and comfortable and the food was very tasty and well presented. The Crystal Hall was perfect for our meetings and dinners.... more

When we arrived to the hotel, the room we were given over the phone( confirming our online reservation) was to be poolside with a balcony, but was closed for "deep cleaning", so we were given an interior room. The hallway to the room was almost as hot as was the temperature outdoors. The air conditioner in the room had not... more

Walked to the Jim Stafford show and restaurants. The room was very clean, well-appointed if not especially large. Breakfast was good. There's a comedy club in the hotel that's unlike anything else in Branson. If you want to be in the middle of the Branson "strip" at a nice, clean place, I recommend it. more
