This is a pleasant place to stay in Branson. Their prices were reasonable. It is located close to pretty much everything. It is such a large place that it is easy to find your way back after a show. It's not the nicest place in Branson but it was nice enough considering the price.

Very pleased with the staff. Sharon worked hard to make our stay very pleasant for our family reunion. Rooms with two queen beds seem to have a little more vanity area. Refrigerator in rooms are nice. They did say they will be doing some updating of carpet soon. Will stay with them again next year.

Thank you for your comments and we so appreciate you staying with us. Yes, you are correct the Double Queen rooms have a larger vanity/sink area. And, the new carpet installation has already begun, we so very excited about our updates. We look forward to hosting your reunion next year- Thank you again and thanks for visiting Branson. My family was there with party of 22 persons. My husband and myself are disabled as well are others in the family. It was a wonderful day until some old man kept calling in noise disturbances for absolutely no reason other than he was just an angry person. Yes there were 22 of us and yes they knew there was... Thank you for your comments and and I understand the difficulty of having to leave a hotel in the middle of the night. It's unfortunate that we received multiple guests complaints about your group making noise and disturbing others sleep to the point you would be asked to leave the hotel. I would suggest you folks were having a really... More

This hotel is an absolute mess. Everything from the rooms to the pool is very dated and floors have soft spots throughout the halls on every floor. The staff left lots to be desired as well. We traveled with a family of 22, renting 6 rooms. Our family attended the Shepherd of the Hills Trail of lights at 8 pm... More

Thank you for your comments and it is unfortunate that after receiving multiple guest complaints from other rooms about your group, you checked out the hotel. After speaking to you on the phone it appears maybe the group was unaware of the noise level or how late it was? I’m not sure. But what should have been a simple matter... More

Got a 2 queen room, although our beds appeared to be double beds, we made it work. The sheets and pillows were ok. The beds needed changed as they are way to soft and worn. The room needed more light, it was kept pretty dark which none of us liked (2 adults and 2 kids). The bathroom is pretty tight... More

Thank you for your comments and we appreciate you and your family staying with us. I would agree we are a clean hotel, priced affordably with good amenities that bring value. I do appreciate your comments for improvement as I always consider those seriously. I do promise you, the beds are definitely queen size pillow top mattresses, without a doubt.... More

The kitchen staff (Miki, Lori, and Travis) did a fantastic job of keeping the food hot and in readily available, even with large groups of people. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We traveled with a band group and plan to return next year.

Thank you for staying with us and for recognizing our staff. They’re the one that arrive at 4:30AM to prepare breakfast buffet for our guests and we certainly couldn’t do it without them. But we also couldn’t do it without you, we appreciate you patronage- thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you next year. Sincerely, Jay... More

Made my reservation on Booking.com. I recommend that website. From the moment we walked into Stone Castle the staff was outstanding. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was kind of small and I am not a big person, but otherwise, a great place to stay in Branson, right behind the strip away from the majority of the traffic.... More

There is a touch of whimsy in this hotel. I loved the knight in shining armor. Some of the rooms are decorated in themes. Our room was very nice and the price was good. We met and visited with the general manager and several of the staff members and found them to be very friendly. We could tell that the... More

Considering the hotel is many years old there have been some upgrades. The room was clean, mini fridge, hot water, water softener, good mattress; slept very well. Renovations scheduled to replace carpeting. Oh, full, hot breakfast included; very good.
