Hard and out of date furniture and hard bed. Overall it felt dirty and the carpet needed replaced or super cleaned. Inside pool smelled horrific and looked bad. We had to do our own cleaning before check out. The manager is super nice and very knowledgable. Good location.

Roark there is a great mix. nature out your back door and entertainment district the branson landing within walking distance. they have a workout facility on site, as well is indoor and outdoor pools. it is not a full service resort, but has most of what you need for an extended vacation in Branson.
