The dinner we had in the dining room at the Frederick Hotel was very good as always. Got seated right away & enjoyed the gourmet-ish meal. Surprising for such a small city as Booneville, Mo. Service was prompt & courteous. Serve a variety of yummy breads in the bread basket they automatically bring to your table.

Oak, marble, beautiful stained glass. Delightful handmade soaps and luxurious linens. A staff with class. Many touches from the 20s, but nothing stuffy or dusty or old. Elegant and comfortable. Chic and stylish. Just the thing after a hard day on the KATY trail. We came struggling over the steep bridge over the Missouri and glided down to the hotel... More

Friendly and helpful staff, charmingly historic and blissfully comfortable. The bath area in my room was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my stay - we chose the room with the over-sized tub - and found the floors are heated! The bar and outdoor patio offered libations and relaxing chats with other guests. The staff are small town friendly... More

My daughter and I loved the Hotel Fredric. It was roomy and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. We got to Boonville late in the day. The shops were closed so we strolled in the park by the river. It was lovely. I will be back.

We can not say enough about the hotel, its management and staff. Other reviewers have painted a very good picture of its charms. I would add this personal experience. On the 4th, I really had a graving for ice cream and being July 4th, nothing in town was open. I asked at the hotel's in-house wonderful restaurant appropriately name "The... More

If you're looking for an intimate, wonderful, vintage feel wedding with great accommodations for guests, you will not be disappointed with the Hotel Frederick. I reserved 10 rooms for out of town guests, and each guest was pleasantly surprised by the unique, but charming rooms at the hotel. We also had a "stand-up" wedding ceremony in the lobby surrounded by... More

Built in 1905 the room decor is of that era, however the bathroom is straight out of 2015. The room was very quite even though it was by a main road and railroad tracks, if you like old hotels this is a good place to stop. Service was first class.

Traveling cross-country by car at least once a year, we experience lots of motels/hotels. The Hotel Frederick is pure pleasure. Built in 1905, the Frederick has been lovingly restored and renovated. Our room was on the small side, but charming and simple. They are also dog friendly which is perfect for us. We walked around town morning and evening and... More

Wow. That about sums up the experience of staying at the Hotel Frederick. Everything here is first class, and in the style of grand hotels from another era. If you love historical architecture, beautiful rustic furniture, tile and hardwood floors, and a fabulous night's sleep, this is for you. Very close to Interstate 70, too, for road-weary long-distance travelers.

The Frederick Hotel has a sense of the past and a great future. They have captured the historical charm of this building with out skimping on the modern luxuries. The staff is excellent. Everyone we came into contact with Professional and courteous and seemed to really enjoy working here. The night manager is there all night to assist with any... More
