The hotel is not very old but our room was gross. Overpriced. Worn furniture. Sink wouldn't drain and loud noise in the heating unit and rip in the comforter. Just not worth the money. Also uncomfortable beds. Everything seemed old and generic. Not even a flat screen tv in the room.

I'll start by saying I don't review often. But after having such a spectacular weekend and reading a few negative reviews, I had to share. I am in a hotel about 140 nights a year for business and pleasure; Hampton Inn weekly and Hilton, Loews, Marriot for week long conferences and vacation. This was the perfect Valentine's Day weekend getaway.... More

Hotel looks nice enough on the outside, but the reality is that the rooms were motel 6 quality. Also the casino is literally the most BORING casino I've ever been in. Furthermore, upon checking in was informed that they wanted $50.00 as a security deposit for the room. Room was comped and was never told of this over the phone.... More

Stayed at this hotel recently. The buffet was nice but a bit overpriced for selection . The sandwich shop was ok but not open till 10 am. The casino was small but plenty of tables to play at . Over 60 crowd was the main players. The casino was smoky but not too bad . Hotel staff was friendly rooms... More

We recently spent a couple of days at this hotel/casino. Very comfortable hotel. I'm not a gambler so can't vouch for the casino. Husband didn't have much luck. No restaurant for dinner except the buffet which we do not like. Same with breakfast. We ate dinner at a go up and order and go and pick up yourself place. Just... More

Excellent Buffet!! So many choices of food, especially, the mini grilled steaks! Everything was really good in flavor. The slot machines ......a little "tight", but still had fun. The beds in our room were AWFUL!! They needed more support in their mattresses! I informed the front desk clerk, when we was leaving next morning, to pass this information on to... More

I was going to be skeptical...and, honestly...seeing such a lovely historic district in Boonville, MO, I was just worried how a casino could exist and operate. Okay, let me get a bit of the negative out of the way, and go on the record that I would have thought about five stars...but, seriously...Florida/Caribbean Beach colors doesn't work in Missouri. If... More

We really had a great 3 day stay at the Casino. Jonet, Carol, Jessica and Colleen at the front desk were all wonderful, we really enjoyed talking to them. The Buffet with seafood on the weekend, can't be beat by anyone ,at any price. We loved the casino and we actually won 2 big jackpots and also heard many other... More

The Isle of Capri Hotel and Casino in Boonville, MO is a nice property. I don't think you can find better customer service anywhere. The staff in every area of the property goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The hotel rooms, are average size, but very clean and neat. 3 places to eat include... More
