Just got back from a weekend at the Dauphine. Totally satisfied, planning on returning with friends. I know they won't be disappointed. Very clean, interesting furniture everywhere, beautifully and lovingly rehabbed, excellent breakfast, and best of all were the hosts, Sandra and Scott. You can see in all the little details that they really care about their historic hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for a Saturday night. My wife and I and her sister and husband. We attended a wedding during the day and reception that evening. Wish we could have enjoyed the front porch off our bedroom more. For an old hotel (listed on the register of historic buildings) the bath facilities were excellent. The bed, linens, and... More

Location is awesome, a little burgh tucked away in the river valley of the Osage. Scenic drive to get there, historic hotel with a great feel for the days of old. Stopped here after a day at Oktoberfest in Hermann on the way back towards SWMO. Rooms were great, beds very comfortable and there is plenty to be explored in... More

The owners have done so much to this very old hotel. I think they said it dates back to 1840. The furnishings in each of the rooms are authentic.. Some rooms have access to the second story front porch where you can sit out and watch the trains go by, or watch the goings on of this little town. With... More

Such a wonderful, comfortable get-away. It's both rustic and luxurious. The beds are wonderful. The breakfasts are the best. If you want a place to go to get away and enjoy how nice rural Missouri is, this is it. The drive there is beautiful. I plan to go back a few times a year.

Annie's Lavender Room was great, especially liked the outside entrance and sitting on the balcony. The hotel provides ear plugs to help with the train noise. Sandra, the hostess, was wonderful, and her made-to-order breakfast was a great way to start the day. If we ever happen to be in Bonnot's Mill again, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hosts, clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast in a very well cared for inn in a quaint, small town along the Osage River.

The Dauphine Hotel Bed and Breakfast, nestled in little Bonnets Mill, is a fantastic escape from the craziness of life. My husband and I only spent one night there, but wished we could stay all weekend. The room we stayed in (Alex and Adelaide’s) was beautiful, clean and cozy. The inn keepers were wonderful and friendly people. And the breakfast,... More

We stayed here with friends while visiting wineries along the Missouri River. The hosts were gracious and we enjoyed our stay. One surprise was how close we were to the busy train tracks along the river---it would be great for trainspotter’s. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs for sleeping and my wife and I didn't find it to be a problem.... More
