The staff was extremely accommodating. The rooms were in mint condition. Love the place! Would definitely recommend. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was really the worst experience I have ever encountered. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and squeaky. You will hear your neighbors squeaking too. The HVAC unit cycles on and off all night and is very loud. General maintenance is lacking. The pool was dirty. The staff were untrained in customer... More

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I can also say the worst customer service experience that I have had in decades. There was a soiled diaper and some of it's contents made it's way into the swimming pool. There were kids swimming in the pool for roughly two hours before they decided to close the pool. Problem... After a very difficult day it was great to be able to make a reservation with someone who was both friendly and helpful. This continued with my actual check-in and thru my stay. One of the most friendly hotels that I've stayed in and I travel a great deal.

Staff very professional and wonderful. The room was clean and kept clean during my three plus week stay. The location was perfect for me because it was right off I-70.. Therefore, if I had to go to East or West for my job it was easy to go.

We switched to this Hampton when we were told that the one in Lee's Summit would not allow pets. I'm glad we switched. Staff was pleasant and helpful, hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient to I-70 and I-470

Clean, good amenities, breakfast selection hot and cold offerings. Staff friendly and helpful, but room was noisy. Lots of creaking in hallways and in room flooring above my room. It woke me up early in am, could even hear neighbor snoring.

We stayed at this Hampton because they allow dogs--no charge! Staff was friendly and helpful, clean & quiet room, everything we expect from Hampton Inn. Location handy to I-70. We expect to stay there any time we are in KC to visit relatives.

This hotel is fairly competively priced for an area just off the highway. The location is placed east outside major downtown traffic. Front desk customer service and Breakfast service is excellent, especially the unique coffee service by a very sweet woman. Rooms were clean. However, our mattress did not meet Hampton Inn standards. Mediocre at best, compared to other Hampton Inns. Loud air system. The springs can be felt through the mattress. It was clean, though. Don't expect a comfortable night's sleep or a particularly hot breakfast.
