My family and I stayed at this hotel on our way home from Colorado. We arrived around 9:30pm so it was a quick, overnight stay. The hotel showed its age, but everything was clean. The room was average-sized, and the bathroom had a long vanity, which was great for keeping our stuff. The only problem was that we could hear... more

As with most Hamptons, the room was very nice. The big issue that we had with this hotel is that the sign in the lobby advertised cheddar cheese omelets for breakfast. That sounded good and we were very much looking forward to them. Imagine our suprise when all we found was fried egg patties. Upon questioning them, they said the... more

We have never been unhappy with a Hampton Inn and this was no exception. Clean, updated, friendly staff, quiet. The first morning the breakfast selection was a little iffy, but the second day it was much better, more variety of cereals, two hot items and even fresh blueberries and strawberries. It is a little hard to find , even though... more

While not the best Hampton Inn I have ever enjoyed, the staff was very friendly. While I normally stay closer to downtown Kansas City, the town was sold out and this was the most convenient Hampton. The property is only average, but the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast area and the business center were very... more

This property is living up to the Hampton name. We had a very quiet rest in a very clean room. The breakfast did not have any waffles, gravy for the biscuits. The eggs were of the instant variety with ham and cheese mixed in. We have noticed that all of the Hampton Inns breakfast fare is not what it used... more

The Blue Springs Hampton is adequate for a one night "on the road" stay, but I would certainly not recommend spending an extended amount of time at the hotel. The rooms were a bit run down and the walls seemed thinner than most Hamptons. There seemed to be little or no air conditioning in the hallways and elevator, although the... more

In July 2007 we stayed one night in this Hampton Inn while visiting Independence MO. What a nice property! Great front desk staff, comfortable rooms, new beds and bedding, clean, friendly cleaning staff and all was really very very nice. It is a what I come to expect from a Hampton Inn so you won't be disappointed at all. more

We stayed one evening at this motel and were greeted well. Requested a room that would be the quietest, and were accomodated. Nice decor in the room, with large headboards over the bed and other dark wood furnishings. Air conditioner was relatively quiet for its type. All the usual soaps, hand lotions and shampoo provided. Was very pleased with the... more

Honestly one of the best Hampton's we've ever stayed at. Ironically stayed just a few days before the person below gave this place a 1 star, but we had no problems. Rooms were clean and up to Hampton standards. Breakfast was great. Great value. Only inconvenience we had was it was difficult to get back on the highway due to... more
