We stayed here while in town to see the Royals. We choose this motel due to its location near Kaufmann Stadium. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was simple, but clean, and the cost was reasonable. We plan on going to another game in June and will likely stay here.

The room wasn't cleaned well at all. The floor had food still on it, the desk had syrup on it and the room smelled bad.

We booked through Expedia and everything went along perfectly. Our reservation was recognized immediately by the desk and we were quickly shown how to reach out room. The room was clean, the linens were too. Towels were a little rough - but OK. We had problems connecting to the internet but the desk clerk knew exactly how to get things... More

For the price, I can tell you I have paid more for less customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Excellent experience.

Everytime I go to this hotel there is always a problem with the rooms,either a cable problem or the air conditioning machine is running crazy that it actually makes you crazy from the loud noise.One more thing that I would like you to take notice,if hotels allow for smoking then they should have a separate wing because we always stay... My son had past away and we were not sure of the days need. After making the reservations, I had to change due to the date of the funeral. The hotel management worked with us. The staff was very friendly. Under the circumstances it was what we needed... We will be back..
