We've stayed at this motel several times before, but it will be the last time. There wasn't no bedspread on the beds like shown, the one bed had a old blanket that had holes in it, the chair was filthy, water from the shower was spraying in a hole in the wall & running down the wall. The bathroom door... More

Asked front desk and they knew nothing and stayed behind bullet proof glass at service desk.. 20/25 police cars all over the lot and front desk says I didn't know about police here. They never answer a question ! Mold... More

We arrived in the early morning hours after searching the web for a room. First the desk clerk was rude then when I told her we needed a double room for 3 adults 1 child and an infant she said there was an extra charge for so many people. I showed her the hotel policy from the website for this... More

You'll find a nice bar with a pool table. Cat, at the bar, does a great customer service with a huge smile. I always check for carpet/fridge/bathroom cleanness and this place is doing a good job. Front Desk was fast and polite when doing the check in. Reading previews comments, people need to stop expecting a Ritz-Carlton service for under... More

I stay here when I come through town, and I have noticed much improvement in Management outlook and style. Attitude is much better over all. I like staying here. It appears they realize that the customer is where their money comes from, and the customer should be treated with great respect, especially us old-timers…as well as new customers. Reputation travels... More
