On a business trip. Stayed at the Marriot St. Louis Airport. Customer service excels from the moment you enter. Excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice coffee bar in the lobby which serves Starbucks. Beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with our room, the bed was comfy, bathroom clean, staff very friendly, just a good place to stay by the airport, no problems at all. I liked the security doors at every entry, the hotel is clean, and has a real retro feel to it, the pool was huge and very safe.

I stayed at the Marriott St. Louis Airport for 4 days on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Joanne in the concierge lounge greeted each customer by name with a warm smile. This started everyone's day off with a bright, positive experience.

Amazing stay. Great staff. I was really happy with the bed and bedding. Lobby bar is a great place to hang out with friends. I have stayed here a few times and they never disappoint. I do wish they would switch up the bar/room service menu though

I have been traveling here since last September and the staff is awesome! They always accommodate me in every way they can.
