Needed a convenient hotel near the airport, when my flight home to New York was canceled. Hotel is less than 5 minutes from airport. All I can say is that seeing Joanne's smiling face in the concierge lounge for breakfast in the mornings makes for a great start to the day! The ladies that run the lounge at night do a great job too. The snacks are incredibly with cook always on top of his game!

I checked in to the hotel to catch a very early flight. In the bathroom there was hair on the floor and shower, trash not emptied. At 4 a.m. when I went to get in the shower I realized that the soap was used in the shower as well as the shampoo and only towel was a hand towel.

Staff was very nice. Very helpful. Lobby and rooms need updating. Cleaning needs to improve. When I mentioned that the bathroom was not appropriately cleaned I was told " thanks for telling us" and that was it. Internet was slow. The restaurant was very noisy and it was hard to enjoy dinner. Breakfast service was very slow.

Our family reunion was at your hotel and it was superb! We enjoyed our stay. I only wish we could of stayed longer. The amnenities were welcomed. The food soooooooooo good. This hotel couldn't be any closer to the St. Louis airport but still manages to offer a quiet, comfrotable, and friendly atmosphere. Had issues with fire alarm going off thru the night. Otherwise it was clean and everyone was nice. Nice amenities on site. Jerry helped us out with our bags in the morning and was very helpful with our questions and friendly.
