The customer service is absolutely first rate. We had a rough trip getting there and Erica and Ellen at the front desk were more than accommodating and incredibly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a minute.

Great service by Jim at the front desk and from Chef Sal and Johnny and Karen G, JoAnne, and Mary Jane in the concierge lounge. The food in the lounge was spectacular with a variety of options throughout the day. Bravo to the hotel staff. Very caring and attentive to guest needs.

If in the St Louis area I definitely recommend a stay at this hotel. It had a stylish atmosphere, great gym, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. I switched from a different Marriott line after eating a great dinner here and the next day lunch. After that we were sold and switched the next morning. Pool area is great, food is awesome and the staff everywhere is phenomenal. If every Marriott Staff was this friendly and energetic, I'd never switch hotels! Great Job to all the staff... More

We had a great time staying at the Marriott. The staff was over the top. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Toz, Joanne, Karen, and Mary Jane are incredible people. The hotel is very clean. The shuttle service is prompt and Toz was a great help. The hotel is very accommodating and very kid friendly.

Hotel was very clean and staff greeted me upon arrival. I was travelling with my grandson and they where very accomodating in the restaurant for food for my grandson. Very convienent to airport and shuttle runs frequently.

I've been here 3 times over the last month and am glad to keep coming back. My first experience was pretty bad, stinky pillows, lost room service, etc but the staff did everything they could to turn it around.
