This motel charges a non-disclosed fee of $1.85 which they call 'other fee'. I was given a couple of different answers as to what this fee is, but essentially they say it is 'because you are close to the airport'. I find this rather dishonest.

I had a reservation to stay one night. When I got there, they were out of non-smoking rooms, so they put me at their sister property, a Ramada Inn down the road. Their van took me there. They said I could either have the breakfast at the Ramada (coffee and small package-type cinnamon rolls or muffins: not great), or come... More

I booked this hotel because it was very close to the terminal and I was coming in late at night. The hotel is not new, but it is very well kept up. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was big and clean and quiet. Good bed. I slept very comfortably and was ready to go in the... More

When we checked in, they gave us a room with a very long walk down the hall. We asked for a closer room because my 90 year old grandmother couldn't walk that far everyday. So after the clerk tried to assure us that it wasn't that far and we assured him it was too far for her they finally gave... More

I hate to say that I had to give this hotel only the lowest rating. I thought after reading other reviews that it wouldn't be that bad. The check-in process wasn't bad. The parking was just awful for an airport hotel. I had called two days before our stay because I saw online that the pool was closed. This was... More

Stayed here for the cardinals game and was overall good for the price we paid. Rooms look renovated and the free breakfast was good at the pancake house next door. Would recommend for the location/price and 24 hour shuttle

So so dirty and frightening! There is no elevator so you have to go up these dark filthy stairs and the hallway was dark and there is no air conditioning. Once you enter the room there were stains on the floors, cigarette burns in the bed spread and there was a peanut on the floor in the corner with ants!... More

This is not the Ritz by any means, but it not the worse place I've stayed. Stay here and get free parking and a ride to the airport make it a good deal. True the place has seen better days, but I'm not as young and handsome as I used to be either. We have stayed on 2 occasions, both... More

First day we stayed in room 231 and our toilet overflowed twice and the handle to the main door broke and we were locked in! They didn't want to but they moved us to room 234. 234 was WAY nicer than 231. 231 was old and dirty compared to 234. We had issues with Bibek who works the front desk.... More
