I don't usually leave bad reviews... but I can't walk away from this one. My elderly mother and I were passing through and decided to stay here. First I must point out the good: Customer service is good. EAGER to help. Having said that, I must point out that the employees cannot help that the owners will NOT pay for... More

I recently stayed here on Valentines Day 2015. I was in no way satisfied with this hotel. I paid $125 + tax for one night. It was a marriott price with a motel 6 experience. The rooms were outdated! The room consisted of a old bulky tv from the 90's in an old entertainment center. It looked like it belonged... More

Not only did we receive complimentary rooms and meals, but we had so much luck, and we tried all the casinos. Resorts isn't the biggest, or fanciest, but meals are free or reasonable and the fun is to be had.

The room cost $79.95. We had never stayed here before, so we didn't know what to expect. I know we didn't expect what we got. First of all, the hotel is extremely outdated. This was not a big deal. There is no internet anywhere in the hotel-not even in the common areas. Still not a huge deal breaker. The water... More

We received one of the offers for 2 free nights, 2 free buffets, and free slot play, so we decided to take advantage since we hadn't visited Tunica in a while. We reserved rooms for a Friday and Saturday night. When we arrived we were so disappointed and a bit disgusted to say the least. First, when we walked in... More

With the economy in the shape it is in many people do not have the disposable income they enjoyed in the past. Many casino towns like Tunica have felt the impact with a few casinos that have pulled out of the market.Resorts is a partial redo of the old Harrah's Casino property near the Hollywood Casino and Sam's Town. THE... More

We received a special offer for two free nights at this new re-branded hotel. So obviously the price was right and we only needed two days to visit. Rooms were a bit hard to find on the weekends. We compromised and took a smoking room and were pleasantly surprised by the fresh smell of the room. The room was very... More

I have visited the Resorts Casino on two different occasions. Once about 6 weeks ago and again this past Saturday. Both times we ate at the buffet. I must admit I reluctantly went the second time with friends. My first experience was terrible! Everything I had on my plate was overcooked! I love crab legs and there was no meat... More

this place has been hurting for business for years and with the downturn in the economy things have not changed, I went with a bus group and was staying next door at the hollywood and walked over around 1 am on a thursday morning and there were probably 25 people in the whole casino! I would not stay there for... More
