I have stayed here many times and have never really had any problems. This hotel is clean in the most part and the rooms are not priced bad. Biggest complaint is that the pillows are very thin and the sheets had cigerette burns in them. Every thing else was very clean. I do wish that the rooms had a micro/fridge... More

I have always thought it funny, that some years ago, someone would envision building casinos/hotels in the middle of hardly anything but cotton fields. Who would have "thunk it", as Bever Clever used to say. But that ideas has been responsible for raising millions of dollars for the state of Mississippi. One of the hotels built off the main drag... The front desk was friendly and the rooms were clean. However, to be a holiday weekend, the casino was not very busy, that's okay more winnings for us. I felt very comfortable laying in the bed. The mattress was comfortable and you could smell how clean the sheets were. Yes, I would stay here again.

Room was so nice and cool when we walked in…usually a hotel room is a little stuffy and warm when you first arrive. Decor was very nice and up to date. They even have a real coffee pot and cups. Real glasses, not paper cups, with the ice bucket…really nice touch. Bedding was crisp and clean. Played in the casino... More

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. However the service in the casino is the pits! The drink hostess never came around and it wasn't that busy. This is an ongoing problem with this casino, I like to play here but the floor staff are not polite and too few to get good service. The buffet has fair food... More

Enjoyed our stay for 2 nights seeing our friend perform in the bar. Check in experience was good although we were NOT happy that a deposit of $50 was apparently taken from our credit card and then debited later on. We had booked with Expedia on a bed and breakfast basis and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, also the view... More

We've been traveling to the area for medical reasons for the last 15 years. We've always stopped at Fitzgerald's for a couple of days. This last trip was very disappointing. We arrived to check-in at 4pm - we didn't get out room until 6 pm - the in between time was spent in the casino, it wasn't in our plans... More

Although the non-smoking room that I had was a bit cramped with worn out carpet, it was clean and had great bath towels and efficient air conditioning. The bed was comfortable but the room only had one small round table and one chair. The room had sufficient wall electrical plug-ins for your laptop, cellphone charger, CPAP machine, etc. The Fitz... It's rare that I will have a bad hotel experience but this one was bad. I choose this hotel for a nice getaway to Memphis for my Aunts birthday. This place was a waste of money! When I called the hotel to book a room I was told very rudely that the hotel was sold out only for me to... More
