The Sam's Town casino hotel desperately needs to be redone. I know that the gaming industry is down in the Tunica area, but if something is not done to make this hotel more attractive, I don't think it is going to get any better for Sam's. The exercise room is disgusting. There are two treadmills and two bikes. Only one... More

stayed here yet again two nights ago. No complaints. Ask for too floor. Pretty quiet for those who gamble early and lose. Would stay here again. Casino doesn't pay. Bar staff leaves a lot to be desired. Handed my credit card to bartender to run a tab during football game we were watching. He went on dinner break. When I... More

Stayed here one night after attending a concert in the area. Rooms are basic. Reasonably priced even on the weekends. There are a few food options but not a lot to do. They offer live bands on some weekend nights. Staff was courteous but not friendly. Would stay here again if in the area, but there isn't much that really... More

Fantastic hotel/casino! You could not ask for a nicer staff. We went to the food buffet and it was an endless supply of delicious food. We did not try the steak house as the buffet had our attention.Friday and Saturday nights are the seafood nights. Our room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I... More

Everything was nice. Room air conditioner was quiet and efficient, room size was good, bed was comfortable. Lunch and breakfast buffets were good, staff was helpful with extras...try an omelet for breakfast! Casino was roomy and free soft drinks were available. We appreciated the drink servers offering beverages although we may not have been gambling at the time, but taking... More

I had my new car valet parked and it came back with extra miles and so dirty that I could not see out of any window. I asked the valet what happened he did not answer me. All the other cars coming from valet parking was clean. What happened. Also my cd's were stolen out of my car. I had... More

Great value for the money. If you are reading this review, then you probably have read other reviews about the room, casino, restaurants, etc. I agree, everything here is really nice. Except, once you get tired of the casino there really isn't anything else to do. There is nothing else within walking distance to this casino. Most of the other... More

stayed at Sam's Town for one night and found the hotel showing age. does not appear that things are being upgraded. musty smell in the halls. the casino is exceptionally smoky. perhaps inefficient a/c. the saddest part was the buffet. the food looked days old and unappetizing. we had been here several years ago when things were better.

We only had one night to stay here but wish we could have stayed longer. Rates were extremely low, the room exceeded expectations and we had no complaints with the exception of the Pepsi machines. The one on our hall was unplugged and, after finding another machine, lost my $2 when no drink was dispensed and no refund came. This would... More

I just returned from another trip to Sam's Town in Tunica. Check-in was a breeze. I got there around 4:00pm, no line, walked right up to the counter. Friendly face wellcomed me. I have been there several times before so I asked for a room in the tower at the back of the casino, double room, no smoking. She obliged... More
