We stayed here for two nights, the room was a basic casino hotel room, but none the less it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The casino itself it pretty small but the bar within the casino had great entertainment, we spent most of the night watching the band. Bar staff was very tentitive and had great service.... More

I stayed here Saturday night for a concert (Jerry Lee Lewis). Good show BTW. Lots of pros and very few cons when it comes to Sam's Town. Pros: The rates are reasonable for the weekend, especially with a players club card, and done online (it costs more if you reserve by phone). The rates at Sam's are much less than Horseshoe... More

We used to come here several times a year but it's been at least 6 years since we've stayed here. Everything was a bit run down. Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. The casino has closed the upstairs portion and the table games have been cut to add more penny slots. Service was mediocre. This used to be our "go... More

The room was missing a chair and the maintenance man was there in a few seconds and replaced it. They were very helpful and you didn't feel that you were putting them out at all. Our room was nice and clean and very comfortable. The buffet was great and most of the wait staff were very nice. We did have... More

We stopped by twice on our vacation because the games are good and the service was fast. We received free buffet coupons and it was a nice meal. Plenty of different games to play and nice and clean. We will stop by again.

I had to stay here while doing a business meeting. I understand there being smoke in the casino but the non-smoking rooms still ended up reeking of smoke. I ended up sick because of it. But the rooms were nice and spacious.

My stay at Sam's Town Hotel in October 2015 was fairly descent. They have deluxe rooms which are the older rooms and premium which are the newer rooms. Now the deluxe rooms just are kinda outdated as far as furniture wise but are clean. The tvs are the older type box tvs. The carpet is outdated but clean. I really... More

Just returned from our first visit to Sams Town. Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. They have light blocking curtains which I love. We enjoyed the casino and ate at Smokey Joe's. The food was good and affordable, but the main reason for this review is the honesty of their staff. We left a very expensive camera in... More
