We have stayed previously at this hotel. It is in close proximity to the University. Staff is friendly; breakfast is typical HI Express breakfast, but good and plenty of it. Rooms are nice and big. Rooms temperature controlled by wall thermostat. Comfortable bed. Internet access, slightly slow. Within walking distance of Wendy's, Ruby Tuesday's; Arby's.

We have nothing negative to say about HIExress, we go every year to Starkville for an event and this is where we stay, good parking, clean hotel, great staff, pool, close to restaurant. Accommodations were above par.

Stayed one evening following MSU football game. First stay at this location. Room was clean. Smooth check in and check out. Staff friendly and courteous. Higher number of food choices than most other hotel chains that provide free breakfast.
