Recently stayed at this hotel en route South. Unfortunately I lost a piece of jewelry that held a great deal of sentimental value. I noticed it was missing when I was in the breakfast area. The breakfast host Dawn helped me search but we couldn't find it. I left my name and cell number when we checked out but I... More

Booked a room a month in advance through Expedia with 2 queen beds and we got 1 king bed instead. We requested a room change as soon as we realized the problem but they were full. Offered a refund so we could go to another hotel but only if we didn't touch anything. Even said they would need to inspect... More

If it was possible to rate this sorry excuse for a hotel lower than this, I would. This was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. Absolutely horrible! To begin with, the room was completely filthy. I had to wear my shoes just to feel comfortable walking on the floors. In the bathroom there were long black hairs... More

Upon entering the Inn were impressed with the lobby/breakfast area. Shortly after turning the ac on in our room, we realized that the carpet was soaked directly in front of the unit. We now know the cause for the stale odor in that room. We told the desk clerk and was given another room right away, with a much better... More

This was a horrible hotel. DON"T STAY HERE! The breakfast was disgusting, it rained into the hotel and the owner didn't care and was rude. It left a mildew smell. The front desk associates ignored you. The fitness center only has 2 treadmills and 1 bike. Stay away, not worth it..

About 10 min. drive from Graceland. The hotel is a bit anonymous so it can be hard to find. But when we did we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are quite big and so are the bathroom. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. Very quiet. Lots of parking. All in all, money well spent.

Pick a floor, any floor, you will get the suprising aroma of old chinese food, body oder, or over used cleaning product. If your cold the 2cd floor is heated to 95 degrees. bring your tweezers to pick all the hair out of the bed. I found about 2 dozen hairs each bed in 3 rooms. changing rooms 2 times... More

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. When we made the reservations it was for Holiday Inn but once we got there the name was different and we were informed that it used to be Holiday Inn. The room furniture looked dirty. The bathrooms had mold around the tub. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no room service so when... More

We needed to catch a plane at 6 AM and this hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable! Not to mention, a straight shot to the Memphis airport! For the rate, it is a great deal. The pool was being repaired (no water), but that wasn't a problem for us. This is also in a safe area.

Good hotel but it was rated 2 star deserve every bit of 4 stars and it was a reasonable price for one night. My friends already know about the hotel and I will be staying again. This hotel is underrated.
