First time i stayed here the hotel clerk seemed put out that i was checking in at midnight, even though i had guaranteed late arrival. Rooms are ok, but nothing special, wi fi has problems. 2nd time i stayed here the front desk clerk was not very helpful when i asked questions about local stuff. Both stays made me feel... More

This was the second time we had stayed at this hotel...first time was great...this time was ok but we had planned on returning a third time but broke down on the way to the hotel...called them to let them know we wouldn't be making it and the front desk person was very rude stating there was nothing he could do... We were looking for a clean, pet-friendly, reasonably priced room halfway between Detroit and Austin, and this did the job. The room was comfortable and immaculate. The outside of the building was certainly less attractive than you'd hope for. The rooms open to the outside, so that means dragging your luggage up some ancient metal staircase. There was an inebriated... More

Front desk clerk was very rude. Asked for a crib and the front desk clerk was to lazy to get off his butt so my baby had to sleep on the floor because I was told there were no cribs in the morning we asked a different lady if there was a crib because I WORK at a hotel and... More

Overall after a long drive of 10 Hours on the road the experience was Average to Good. Personally, we were at a point of exhaustion so this was just a place for a "No Frills" experience. I can tell that it probably was once a "Holiday Inn". I would prefer a Place were there are Inside entrances. In a pinch... More

I was pleased with the room and slept very well despite its proximity to the airport. I was a little dismayed at being locked out of the lobby during late check-in as well as early check-out, however, I would return. Just remember when looking up address in gps, this location is just over the border from Tennessee

Even though this hotel is listed as being in Mississippi, it is only about 10 minutes from drop off at the airport. AND being in Mississippi, cost is lower due to less taxes and a lower nightly rate. Excellent friendly service with a good breakfast! This is where I will stay any time I need a motel in Memphis around... More

The hotel is located on a side street so you don't have all the traffic noise. The beds were comfortable but, the pillows not so much. The room was clean except for mold on the ceiling in the shower. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. TV remote went out and they replaced it immediately. Didn't eat breakfast... More

We stayed two nights. Staff was great. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. Good value for money spent. Good restaurants nearby. Kroger store next door with gas station. Rooms are outside and no elevator but staff is considerate about room assignment.
