I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the staff and the resort. We had such a great time that we are planning another outing next year. You will not be disappointed with the rooms or staff at Gold Strike.

The staff is wonderful here! They are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is one of the cleanest and nicest in the area. If you gamble, they give the best comps!! The pit bosses are exceptional!

trip went smoothly, all personnel were friendly and helpful. I will return. The room was comfortable and what I requested. Was even asked what floor I wanted to be on. The food was delicious but a little pricey. While playing, servers were very friendly, and the drinks were served quickly.

We did not have a satisfactory experience with the casino staff or the cocktail service, but the front desk, bellmen and room service were great. Be sure if you are a nonsmoker because they only have one area available and when I was there the man next to me chain smoked so I left.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations, Room and bath were like brand new. Staff in every service category were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffett/cafeteria was very good. The nightly rates were very reasonable considering the beautiful accommodations.

It was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had. The staff was very nice, polite and professional and the facility was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the king-sized bed and how it was set up. It was very relaxing indeed. In fact all my family enjoyed the stay.
