I have stayed in this motel for years. The comps they send thru the mail are great. Where else can you go and stay free and have free meals to boot. Room 512; 1-guest book had something spilled/sticky on it; 2- Dirt on Tv stand, table legs; Crevices thick with dust; 3 - Floor behind night stand crud on the floor. 4-windows dirty. If you are planning a trip to Tunica, do NOT stay at this hotel. Rooms are horrible. Stayed at Fritz with friend , we came to Tunica with a tour group. The hotel rooms are not big, but they were clean .Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a larger than most hotel bathrooms.
