The 5 Twelve is an easy walk from Courthouse Square, the home of lots of interesting places to visit; so, if that's your destination, the 5 Twelve is your place to stay. Unlike other B&Bs we have stayed in, it is more like a business than a family setting. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and our room attractive, though neither room... More

My husband and I stayed at this B&B last week on a pleasure trip to visit Oxford. We enjoyed everything about it. We stayed in Room #1 which is very large with a king size bed and a good sized bath. The ambiance was wonderful - like staying in someone's lovely home. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is great... More

We had the opportunity to stay one night at 5 Twelve when we visited our daughter. First visit and hopefully not our last...although their popularity can make it difficult to reserve on game day weekends! Plan way in advance. We opted for this B&B over the typical hotels in town and are glad we did. Happy on check in through... More

I took my daughter on a college visit of Ole Miss and wanted a place close to the Oxford Square but near the school as well. The 5 Twelve was the perfect spot. Nice room, super comfortable bed and a pretty place. Great breakfast cooked to order. Short walk to the Square. Would definitely stay there again! Had a nice... More

We booked a night at 5 Twelve before realising that it was the day before the Ole Miss game. So we were pleasantly surprised to get such a friendly welcome and realise that, despite the fact that the B&B is only a long street away from the centre of a crowded Oxford, it is a haven of peace and quiet.... Location can't be beat. quiet street, yet walking distance to shops, restaurants, and campus. Perhaps (owner? Manager? ) Keith was tuckered out by the big game Saturday, but our Monday afternoon reception was lackadaisical, far from the hospitality one hopes for in the South or in a room one is paying real money for. A key had been left on thy... More

The last time my wife and I stayed overnight on the Ole Miss campus in Oxford, Mississippi, in 2003, we had tickets for the Alabama/Ole Miss football game and Eli Manning threw two touchdown passes in the closing minutes to win the game. We stayed at the old Britt-Oliver Bed and Breakfast on Van Buren, halfway between the Ole Miss... More

Upon transferring to The University of Mississippi, my family and I Stayed at this B&B. I enjoyed every minute of it. We also came back a second time. There are I believe about 6 different rooms, all decorated differently. The staff was so sweet, and the breakfast they made in the morning was great! It is perfect walking distance to... More

We spent one night on an overnight trip to Oxford in June 2014. This is a very quaint place to stay, clean and close to the square. It was a fun trip and we would stay there agin. You can walk to town and to the campus of ole Miss.

Just stayed for the first time during my daughters Orientation. Keith and his staff are wonderful! Sad we missed the breakfast! It sounded amazing. Next time...because there will be many visits in the future.
