The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was very courteous and helpfull. I would recomend and stay here again. Overall I was very satisfied. And requiring a minimum of 200 caracters for a review is stupid.

Very friendly staff and willing to help in anyway possible. Very clean rooms with extras. Hotel will give you free upgrades without having to ask for them if rooms are available. Many places to eat within walking distance from the hotel.

Stayed at hotel for a concert at Snowden Amphitheater. About 10 minutes away. Hotel was clean and quiet. Coffee and tea in lobby were good. Hotel is right of the highway. I would stay here again. No problems at all. Cheaper than staying in Southhaven.

I come to Memphis on a regular basis on business and my colleagues and I always stay at this place. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. Can't beat the value and service for the price.

Came in town for a reunion. This was a great hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast and wonderful location! Lots of stores and restaurants nearby! The room was nice except we found someone's sock under the AC. AC was ok, but the desk blocked it.

The evening manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The room carpet was stained, though apparently clean; tghe A/C was weak. Breakfast was dried out though we were the first there; they do not honor their own policy of courtesy check out for HHonors members.
