Mattress was hard and saggy, probably too old to still be used in a hotel. Why have a phone in the room that does not work. Being woke up at 12:20 am with vacumming is not what I want to experience when staying in a hotel.

there is a refrigerator in the room, but uno microwave, our bed had cigarette burns on the blanket that should have been replaced, and the sheets appear to be clean but they were too wrinkle to be fresh sheets indicating that they hadn't been changed.
