I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always found the manager and her colleagues very nice and concerned for my comfort during my stays. We were very tired and ready to put our 2 year old twins to bed so we took the room keys without looking at the rooms. Big mistake!! We would have left if kids were not in major meltdown mode.
