Rooms were very nice for a Best Western. Laurel is kind of old/run down in some areas but the motel was in newer part of town. Location is good....near all the restaurants and down the road from Walmart and CVS pharmacy. Turn by CVS to go to the mall.

Its Laurel MS...hotel was ok..not enough towels(hotel was FULL) never ate the breakfast,just wanted fruit(none available!) but for the price ...Hampton inn was in the parking lot if you want to pay an extra 55 a night!

Where to start. Service terrible. Hotel staff makes snide comments rather than apologizing for mistakes...watered down OJ...staff made comment.... Smoke filled room when heat turned on... The service at this Best Western is excellent. We stay at this motel alot due to the friendly staff and comfort of the rooms. The rooms are always clean. I would recommend this motel to everyone passing through.

We stay here atleast 4 times a year and never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will continue staying here.
