No wonder. That's because an old grocery store is exactly what this B&B's "Presidents' Inn" is. The former grocery emporium, defunct since 1958, was recently refitted and is now marketed as a "New Orleans style Inn." That moniker and its accompanying spiel on the Maple Terrace website surely set a new low for misleading advertising. Note that I describe the... More

Maple Terrace is a healthy slice of turn of the century luxury..built as a family home, this Inn is a jewel in the middle of a little country town named after a Polish General and revolutionary war hero...Traveling in upper Mississippi on a weekend is an experience in itself since most places close early on Saturday and aren't open at... Lovely old house / mansion in Koscuitsko, just off the Natchez parkway. On our way back from New Orleans, Koscuito was a good place to stop with a couple of restaurant and not far from the parkway (there is not much for 400 miles on the parkway itself!!). Breakfast was served in the old dinning room on silver service

A lovely, welcoming & characterful old house in a quiet neighbourhood, convenient for the Natchez Trace Parkway & which has ample on-site parking. Our room was spacious & comfortable, the breakfast was good too!

Recently a friend and I rode out bikes from Mississippi, we spent the first night at Maple Terrace B and B. Very clean, well maintained and Miss Vanessa's breakfast was excellent. The owners are not on site but we had no issues accessing our room. The bike shed with tools and a pump are a nice touch

We had a nice big room on the 1st floor. We were the only guests there that night. The Wi-fi was good, thank god, because the cable was out. I called the manager and he said it was out all over town. He even came over to make sure it wasn't something at the house. I appreciated his effort. The... More

In light of the outstanding accommodations and amenities including a full, serve-to-order breakfast in our National Historic Register landmark mansions/cottages, the Maple Terrace Inns are an extraordinary value. Nevertheless, budget minded guests may want to go to our website and click on RATES for the least expensive guest room rates, discounts and specials. Unlike many B and B inns, we... More

We recently stayed at Martha's Cottage, which is under the same management as Maple Terrace. It is a two bedroom house with lots of southern charm. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is full of antiques, including a baby grand piano in the living room. The front porch was a great place to relax with a glass of... More

My Husband and I stayed here on April the 24th and 25th of this year and this Placed was amazing. The Breakfast service was outstanding and so many choices. I have never slept so peaceful more than sleeping in my own bed. I grew up in Kosciusko and we never had a place like this there. I am Happy to... More

The house is beautifully furnished with antiques and apparent from its immaculate condition, lovingly cared for. The owner has installed a shed for locked storage of bicycles and has included bicycle tools and a pump! The breakfast choices were numerous and all delicious. Miss Vanessa got up at 5 am to make sure our group could be fueled up and... More

Stayed at the Presidential Inn, a part of Maple Terrace. Amazing!! Clean, quiet with great workspace. I will definitely stay again. Management went the extra mile. Kitchen stocked. Coffee pot available. Nice walk around square and dinner just a couple doors down.
