This was the worst Holiday Inn Express I have seen!!!! The outside may look ok, and even maybe the lobby, but the rooms SUCK ! The rooms are out of date and worn out. I just had to write a review on this Holiday Inn Express. When I got off the elevator on the 5th floor, I was almost knocked down by the stench of cigarette smoke. It was almost like I was trapped in a drab nightclub sans the music and drinks! We had definitely booked a non-smoking room, but that didn't matter.... more

If I had never stayed at a nice Holiday Inn Express before, perhaps this hotel would seem nice. I've stayed at plenty, and this one is sub-par compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses. This was the nicest, cleanest hotel. All the staff i came in contact with was so nice and friendly. Just like they had known us all their life. The hotel is in need of improvements. If you are on business FORGET it and go to the Hampton Inn right next door. This place attracts a clientel that does not mix well witht the business traveler. Also, rates are quite high for this area ($95/night). I'll never stay here agin. more
