A little overdue review but we stayed here last October for a college visit to Belhaven University. Check in had no problems and had professional staff at desk. Called hotel for reservation and switched to corporate office Staff most friendly Nice room but missed mini fridge. Bulb in desk lamp missing whole stay (2 days) had to tell manager. Pillows were very poor. Breakfast while good was not well watched. Ran out of items both days Good but could have been much better with a little effort

will stay somewhere else next time, wil be making a trip every month at another hotel. Staff was great breakfast C rating. People in halls were very noisy and doors slaming all night long the first night, second night was somewhat better

Hotel was good for price and was comfortable. Security was on site so it was quiet. Descent breakfast in the morning. Personally I would drive down the road to exit 105 where there were nicer hotels and good chain restaurants. I would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel and we plan to stay here again when heading to the Gulf Coast. It's location makes for an easy exit from I55 and gitting back on I55 was even easyer. I would advise everyone traveling through Jackson Ms. to book this hotel.

The hotel is nice. The staff was great. The breakfast was exactly the same as other Hampton Inns. The parking area gave me some reasons to question this choice. This seems to be in a bad area of town, yet they do not use the security gate, which isn't properly setup anyway.

We had made a reservation at this Hampton Inn because the chain is fairly reliable. This was the exception that proves the rule. Hotel was in a seedy area of town, surround by an iron fence. While the desk staff were welcoming, the rooms are dated, there aren't good restaurants anywhere nearby. We were unknowingly placed next to a "suite"... More

Wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is decent. The rooms were clean and the bed was a winner! The rest of the hotel was very clean. The security around the hotel is very good.
