The location is great, and the suite is spacious and clean. Good for parents with small kids because of separate bedroom. Shower in our room needed updating to bring it up to the quality of the rest of the suite. Beds comfortable, but small and bring your own pillows if you can. Staff very, very nice, and we'll stay there... more

We stayed in the Suite for two nights for a marathon. The suite is very nice and spacious, with a door to the king bedroom, and a queen sized sofa bed in the other room. There is also a kitchen with a full sized fridge, two burner stove, and a dishwasher, and a few dishes. The bathroom is quite large... more

One night stay wish it could have been longer, the hotel is located near the highway and very easy to find, even for a first time visitor to Jackson like myself that arrived very late due to flight cancellations. The front desk staff was very accomadating to my late arrival; I had called ahead from the airport for directions and... more

We stayed in a very spacious suite and had an enjoyable and comfortable night's stay in Jackson, MS. There was a full kitchen with bar & 2 stools for seating, a hallway that led to a sink area. Off of that was the bathroom and bedroom--each with a door that closed. Two TV's and separates spaces for all of us...teens... more

Checked in on a Suday afternoon and was upgraded at no charge to a spacious 3 room suite with kitchen/dining area, living room, bedroom and bath, better than most apartments I have rented. Free computer and printer for guest use in the lobby. Very pleasant staff, hotel is very... more

This place was great. I can not tell you how wonderful the employees were. The front desk folks could not be any better in a 5 star hotel. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and just great to interact with. more

I picked this hotel based upon the positive feedback posted on this site. Unfortunately my experience was not as positive. The hotel has a good location and is easy to get to. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was typical for this chain, nothing spectacular but a good start for the day. I had a suite... more

I love this hotel! The room was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised with the sweet and clean smell of the room. The room has the new Hampton Inn bed experience - soft sheets with fluffy comforter (you can see more from their website). Oh yes, it was happy hour when I checked in. So, there were chips and dip, fruits,... more
