We had an enjoyable experience. The room was updated, clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and had a shower massager. Clean bathroom. Coffee maker in room. Pool on site but we did not use it. Good breakfast with waffles and omelets. Friendly staff especially Caylee. Will stay here again.

The hotel was OK. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The room was ok, but a little noisy. The evening snack wings were good and the hot breakfast was good. A basic room for an above average price.

This Hampton Inn in North Jackson has a good location. Easy to get around, easy to get on and off I-55. Plenty of places to eat within 1 mile of the hotel. Checking in at 1:00 am was no problem. The staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is better than many in its price range in the area I go to several places..... My personal favorites are normally the Marriott group but I was very disappointed with the ones here in Jackson. So here I'm and it's been very good.

The hotel was not prepared for a large check-in so the process was slow. Not a huge deal. We were gone most the day with soccer tournaments (the reason for our stay) and we when we got back, the TV and the phones did not work. That was frustrating after a long day. We picked this location for a soccer tournament due to it's proximity to the Interstate and the fields. This was not the newest facility I've seen, but the rooms were clean and the service was impeccable! The staff really went out of their way to make our stay great!
