Beautiful hotel. Suite with anteroom. Newly remodeled. Flat tv. Shower stall. French doors open to overlook lovely courtyard with fountain and koi pond. Breakfast free and delicious. Conference facility spacious and theater like in decor. Amazing staff. Minor glitch of something left in room by previous guest but resolved by manager quickly and to our satisfaction. Free parking. No pool.... More

Stayed at this hotel during the marathon weekend. The rooms are large, clean, well-furnished, and over all charming property. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They provided coffee, juice, fruit, and bagels early in the AM for guests running the race. The location is very easy walking distance to the downtown convention center area. I would definitely stay here... More

This charming boutique hotel is easy to get to from the Interstate, has a secured parking lot adjacent to the building, and is an exceptional bargain especially when you figure in the wine & cheese, full breakfast, and morning paper. The cozy $99 rooms work quite well for our one night visits. If you're staying longer, a suite might be... More

I love this place it is so unique and such a true Mississippi experience. My favorite room is a tribute to the King of Rock and Roll, ELVIS!! You will not regret checking this place out next time you visit our Capitol City. Enjoy!!

We stayed here recently over a weekend to attend a wedding. Our room ( really a suite ) was charming, very clean, nicely appointed, with attention to detail. It is an old hotel built originally to serve legislators coming to Jackson. Now it seems many travelors stay there, and it has perfect facilities for parties and receptions. The breakfast is... This hotel has a lot of history and has recently gone through some renovations. It is located very close to the capital in Jackson. We always stay here on business trips to Jackson. The staff is very friendly. The only downside there is not an on site gym.

The Old Capitol Inn is centrally located downtown and is a lovely boutique hotel with excellent rooms and amenities. We especially enjoyed the free wine and cheese from 5 to 6 p.m., which we savored in the outdoor courtyard watching the koi pond. Our moderately priced room (we actually stayed at a Hampton Inn on the trip that cost more... More

If you appreciate vintage city hotels give the Old Capitol Inn a try. Renovations and interior design touches are great. $150 per night for a nice suite with 2 large rooms and bath. In November we opened the balcony doors overlooking State St. for fresh air and ringing church chimes. Preston the desk clerk poured a glass of Crown Royal... More

An excellent hotel, beautifully appointed with big rooms, luxury bathrooms and large comfortable beds. There is free parking on site and free internet. There is also a free breakfast but we missed it as it stopped at 9:30 which I felt was a bit early on a Sunday. The reception recommended a excellent club 2 blocks away for a meal... More

This hotel is exceptionally beautiful both in the common areas and in the guest rooms. We had two rooms and both were fabulously decorated. We were in town for a family wedding with multiple family members staying here at the same time so we were able to see several of the rooms. They were all decorated differently, but all were...
