“Horrible motel experience!”

This is a horrible motel...absolutely zero customer service! To start, my daughter was given a room already occupied by a couple who was still in bed when she opened the door...extremely embarassing! No apology given by the desk clerk, but she did have to wait for him to give her another room while he went about his business. The room... more
