I stayed Intown Suite El Paso and have ill feeling with payment. There is "Late Charge $25.00" on the bill of 2nd week. I arrived on Monday and accorded to hotel cashier, paid 1 week room charge. Located in a bad section of town. Rooms dirty and criminal activity abounds. more
The service at Inntown suites was horrible, housekeeping barely came to the room, and when they did they did not clean the room at all. There were ants in the room and spiderwebs everywhere. I have seen nothing but negative reviews about Intown Suites. How about a positive one. I have been here since the first of the year. That should say something there! I have been sited 2 times, but both times I was at fault. The manager here [Laura] is very firm, but also fair. I would love for someone like her... more
