I stayed Intown Suite El Paso and have ill feeling with payment. There is "Late Charge $25.00" on the bill of 2nd week. I arrived on Monday and accorded to hotel cashier, paid 1 week room charge. And cashier told me to renew payment on next Monday. On next Monday, I visited to front desk to renew 1 week room... more

The service at Inntown suites was horrible, housekeeping barely came to the room, and when they did they did not clean the room at all. There were ants in the room and spiderwebs everywhere. The front desk person always had an attitude and it seems that they did not want to help the cusotmer. My remote control to the tv... more

I have seen nothing but negative reviews about Intown Suites. How about a positive one. I have been here since the first of the year. That should say something there! I have been sited 2 times, but both times I was at fault. The manager here [Laura] is very firm, but also fair. I would love for someone like her... more
