While staying at this hotel, I've never experienced a more rude staff. While checking in the front desk clerk (the owner's wife) was cancelling a reservation for a customer over the phone and she would not give them a cancellation number. When hanging up the phone she had the nerve to call the customer that just called a S.O.B and... more
