The staff in this hotel were the friendliest I have encountered in my 20+ years of travel. The meeting facilities are very good. The guest room was average - could have been a little cleaner, and the beds are not comfortable (very hard).

Downtown Jackson is the land time forgot. Detroit is a beautiful town vs. Jackson...but this hotel is the first positive change I have seen there in years. Valet parking only $14 extra plus tips. Pool was green and smelled bad. Food was not great and they were understaffed in the bar and restaurant. The rooms were clean but our overall experience was less than average.

Outstanding service, quality and hospitality. Though the best experience at this hotel was the breakfast. Some of the best hotel breakfast food we've had in many many years of travel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the access to Jackson from this hotel makes it a conveient and well deserved comfort while staying in Jackson.
