Good hotel! The area where the hotel is located makes it look like a 2-3 star hotel because of the construction and renovations, however when you get on the inside, it's beautiful. The staff was good and room was very comfortable. The price is not bad (under $100). Coming back to the hotel in the evening time can be a... More

Excellent hotel. Staff at the front desk, Bellman, Valet Drivers are all very courteous, professional and willing to go over and above their responsibilities to insure the guest experience a quality and safe stay. Love the Beds!

The rooms are well attended and have all necessities for the business traveler. There is also 24 hour access to a business center and workout room. The is very professional and eager to help. The Bar restaurant has a very good variety of both food and beverages.

The location is a historic landmark that used to be the King Edward hotel. My breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very good. I also like that they told me what to do. For instance, there was a sign that said "Please wait to be seated". For breakfast, as I was being walked to the table, they explained that... More

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn several times during the last four years and have never had a bad experience. The downtown location is convenient to most points of interest in the city, the service is great and the staff is professional and friendly.

This property is not your typical Hilton Garden. It is a classic old grand downtown hotel that has been beautifully restored and provides the type of service that old classic hotels were known for. A wonderful experience.

This hotel is very nice having been updated recently. If you need to be in downtown Jackson I would recommend it (unfortunately, downtown Jackson overall has many empty buildings and is rather depressing). Sounds like a lot of businesses have moved to the suburbs but...

Advertised adjustable mattresses in room. Caught my eye because I have back problems and find very few mattresses in hotels that allow me a decent night's rest. Did not work in my room. Also, bathroom smelled heavy urine. Limited self parking available. (They actually charged me to park my own vehicle?????) Valet was available at a nice price. Train track... More

Half of the city is colored red in livability indexes. The hotel is in a sketchy part of a sketchy town. There are already plenty of roads that don't get swept, and roads that aren't lit, apparently rock chipped windscreens are very common. Parking was my biggest issue at this hotel. I missed the memo in reading a few reviews... More

I stayed here for a business trip. This property was formally known as the King Edward Hotel. According to a local resident, the property sat vacant for years until Hilton came in and did a massive renovation, and a good one at that! The property is nice with dining and a workout facility (24-hour access), pool and hot tub in... More
