We booked a king suite with "2 Person Whirlpool-In Bath." The whirlpool tub is in the middle of the room, and the water that first came out of the spout was brown. Staff member reentered room after cleaning and stole valuables. The individual was caught on camera and the general manager did not respond. Management failed to compensate and did not follow through as promised. After questioning by police the management revealed that they do not perform background checks on staff, travelers beware. more

The desk clerk was rude as we were checking in because I would not sign the sheet she gave me. It had the wrong rate. However, she insisted it was changed.
