Clean as always...I've been staying at this hotel a very long time. This is my hometown area and I stay here, when I attend functions in this area. This time it was for a nieces wedding. I'll always rate things Very Good because whatever it is there is always room for improvement.

IM ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE ITS THE LOWEST I CAN GIVE!!!! Made a reservation for Sunday 8/31. Told Ashley My fiancé and I would be there at 4 AM. She advised that we could pay for one night and check out on Monday at 11am. I got to the hotel at 3:56 AM. Ashley, her manager, and another couple... More

We are sorry you feel that way but every hotel has policy. I understand your frustration of driving a long way but we had no rooms available to offer u early check in as you know everyone was sold out that night. Our check- in policy is 2pm and you arrived at 4am. We do allow early check in if... More

Check in time was terrible. Only one clerk, and computer. Another clerk stood and watched the chaos. Did not try to remedy or help service the guest. I was told that there was only 1 person cleaning rooms that day. Also, our family reunion reservations were wrong. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

From the time we arrived, our rooms were not ready as promised, and we were there an hour after check-in time. The customer service clerk was very nice and tried to accommodate us by giving us $10 off our room each night. Upon entering the rooms, there was a faint smell, it was full of flies and mosquitos. After staying... More

When I first visited Indianola for business purposes I felt like I was in a new world. It was small town full of friendly people. Upon my arrival at the best western I noticed how clean the property was and how convenient it was to local restaurants and grocery stores. When I checked in the lady at the front desk... More

Place was dirty - dirty towels from previous guests left in bathroom. No shampoo left in room - ready to shower but had to get dressed and go to front desk to get shampoo. Altogether not a very nice place to stay. Would not stay there again.

I can't comment, because I have not been there yet, but was charged for the room. I am reserving any other negative comment until I have actually stayed at the Best Western, then I can rate it accordingly. Be careful of Reservations, and make sure when you get the confirmation everything is correct. Best Western billed me when I wasn't... More

nasty! I completely hated it! The room was trashy! the desk clerk was rude! The room was also stinky. The room was missing light blobs, and pillows. I basically did not like anything about it. The stay was horrible when it should've been good. It would've have been better if the management wasn't so rude!

I have traveled throughout different parts of the East Coast and Southern States for business and pleasure and every time I go to this rural part of Mississippi I always stay at this Best Western. My stay has always been very pleasant; I have always been treated well by the staff and management. It doesn't matter what time of the... More
