I worked as a contractor in the motel industry for 6 yrs and found the Choice chain to be the best value across the country! We stay in Choice motels exclusively and have had only one bad experience in the last 5 yrs. We recently stayed in a Quality Inn( see my review in June) in Tucumcari,NM and thought we... more

One of the friendliest staff i've ever seen....everyone from the desk clerks to the people emptying garbage cans smiled and spoke to us. We had a king bed which was very comfortable. There is a coffeemaker with 8 packs of coffee(4 reg, 4 decaf), hairdryer, frig, even a safe...although $1.50 was added to our bill for the safe even though... more

We arrived late and the hotel looked nice from the outside, also the lobby was clean. We checked in, went to our room, noticed a slight smell of pet urine (it's a non pet hotel), then noticed something on my shoe, it was a flea (found more in the morning). It was extremely late and we were tired, so we... more

The girl Yovonne at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful to our 8 year old girls who were staying there because we had ball tournaments, she wouldnt look at you when you were talking to her, she rolled her eyes.. If I were the boss she wouldnt have a job. There were no extra blankets the housekeepers didnt... more

We drove about 12 hours and then started looking for a hotel as soon as we got into Misisssippi. Prices were high I guess becuase it was still close to Memphis. We had coupons we'd gotton on the highway but noone would accept them on a Friday night. We checked a few hotels and finally decided on the Sleep Inn... more

I was impressed with this Sleep Inn. I have stayed at a lot of Choice brand hotels and they are all pretty much the same. A usually clean, fairly comfortable room for a decent price. This hotel seems to have recently remodeled their rooms with updated styling. New wardrobes and tv cabinets and modern pillows and bedspreads. Even a flatscreen... more

On our return trip from Florida to Canada we stayed at the Sleep Inn in Horn Lake. The hotel looked decent from the outside and we chose it because it was listed in the Comfort Inn Catalogue of their hotels and affiliate hotels as being close to restaurants and a shopping mall. The lobby was presentable, however the hallway carpets... more

I paid $58 for a queen non-smoking room via their website (------), knowing in advance that this was a "no-frills" hotel. The hotel is only a few years old, and my room was smaller than average, but they've designed it well so it is still comfortable and I didn't feel cramped. For example, instead of a king bed it's a... more
