I have a large construction crew and booked several rooms. I had been
here for a week and was all paid up thru this particular day. At
10:40AM, the desk clerk came to my room and told my wife that the manager
told her to lock all the doors because we had not paid for the next day
and check out time was't until 11:00AM. I came back from the jobsite
to talk with the manager about this, he argued with me saying he had
done nothing wrong, and would not even talk to me about my complaints.
He just walked off into the laundry room and shut the door for me to
talk with the desk clerk. I was told prices of 59 and 69 for singles and
doubles. I was actually charged 79 and was told if I stayed they would
refund the difference, but if I moved to another hotel they couldn't
approve it. The rooms were nice but the cleaning persons did not clean
the rooms each day. Sometimes when they did clean they would not
