Hotel exterior and lobby look great, but looks are deceiving. Rooms were spacious, but floors were very thin. We heard people above us running, jumping, crashing, etc all night. This hotel I believe is brand new or has been totally remodeled. The room was spacious and clean. Staff seemed friendly. The only complaint would be the breakfast buffett was not very good and overpriced. They have an indoor pool but we didn't get to enjoy it this trip. Very convenient to the Convention Center.
