Took a chance and won. Had everything we needed and wanted. We'll be back and our dog gets to come with us. We are even going to tell our grown children to join us with their children. Lots to do, shopping, swimming, beaches, fast food, malls, bargin stores and last but not least, a nice place to rest and relax... more

We booked this hotel a couple of months ago for our annual cruisin' the coast trip. Not only is this hotel not a holiday inn anymore no-one advised us of this "take-over" by Ramada. We spent the best part of an hour driving up and down Hwy 49 looking for a Holiday Inn sign, ww even called the hotel to... more

Due to mandatory attendance at a conference, I had to stay at this hotel. I was there for two nights. It's been three + years since Hurricane Katrina swept through this area, causing damage. I'm not sure, but the carpet in my room may qualify as a new life form. It was NASTY !! The sinks were cracked and stained,... more

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend for a high school graduation. This is an "old school" Holiday Inn motor lodge, reminiscent of the "motels" I stayed in as a kid going on vacation in the late 60's and early 70's. The rooms were clean and large, and open to the outside, which I like. The hotel is built... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during a quick casino getaway. I chose it based on price, and it was almost the lowest price in the area. Similar hotels in Biloxi were at least twice as high, and other 3 star hotels in Gulport were very overpriced IMO. This hotel is old, but our room and the grounds... more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn as part of a road trip in the Deep South. Stayed in Room 227. JUst off the I-10, near to coast road. The area is still recovering from Hurricane Katrina. Great Welcome, large room, including microwave & fridge. The problems started with remote control for TV not working. The following morning while trying to use... more

This is an older property, complete with rooms you enter from outside. But it's well kept -- clean, comfy, free Wi-Fi, lots of channels on the cable TV. You can't beat the breakfast coupon. And the front desk folks were extremely pleasant and efficient. There's a Wal-Mart Supercenter across the street (though I would suggest driving, rather than trying to... more

I had to come to Gulfport on the spur of the moment, and this hotel was the best idea I ever had. I tried to book online, but after no help, I called the hotel directly. That is the best way to book a room, and to make sure you get the room type you want. Construction has started on... more

I've read the other reviews.. and let me begin by asking.. have you seen- I mean smelled- Sun Suites? (which is 2 minutes away) Talk about police raid in the works! We made reservations because we thought a suite for 69 bucks was such a good deal.. But when we went there and smelled god only knows what- we tried... more

Stayed one night at this hotel. Someone else booked it for me, so I had no chance to check out its amenities. Unfortunately, I didn't find it worth the money I spent on it (USD 129 for a double). No breakfast was available, whereas other hotels for a cheaper price would offer breakfast! The room was old and smelled musty.... more
