My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia. Very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Friendly staff who seem to love the hotel and take care of it very well. Most of the hotels within Gulfport were full, thankfully, as we found this hotel to be very peaceful and traditional. Coming from the Uk, it was lovely to find somewhere that represented a home, very personal. The staff were very courteous, helpful and polite at all times. Will definitely be returning. Located the Magnolia on internet....was ecstatic to get there...spent three nights and had a fabulous time. Service and staff were great...so accomodating and friendly....and the owner's cat (Sweetie) was even friendly. We loved most of the things about this motel...beautiful surroundings and a relaxing and wonderful breakfast buffet...staff was really friendly...peacocks woke my son up and the pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed, however they could have used some cleaning...shower door was very hard to slide... more

We were en route to Fl and had just gotten off Amtrak after 30 hours and drove here - a one hour trip. The place was wonderful.
