I travel extensively for business and pleasure. This hotel was a very good stop in my recent business trip. The lobby is clean and inviting, hotel personnel were courteous and knowledgeable. We stayed here on business Oct.2005 I was glad we stayed here, it was clean and very nice.The receptionist was very friendly, got a good rate.The lobby is beautiful, the breakfast the next morning was better than most places,the staff very nice.We will stay here again on our business travels. The night desk clerk had no idea how to confirm our reservation and check us in. In the morning, we couldn't check out because they never properly checked us in (but somehow they still found a way to charge us). Not like the CI&S I've stayed in before!!!! Room and lobby were dirty, staff rude, and the ceiling above my shower was rotting!!! Don't be fooled by the nice exterior! more

The outside looked nice enough, but both my husband and I turned to each other as we entered the room and said "Something's not right here."
