I am a dog show exhibitor and travel at least once a month with dogs to attend shows. I have fairly large dogs, who stay with me so I am not generally staying at the "fancy" places as they don't allow pets. For the money, $125.00 for 2 nights, one bed, it was pathetic. The room are old, paint peeling,... More

This is no longer a Best Western. It is called The Regency Inn. I was very hesitent to stay here after reading the reviews but it was the only place that had a 2 room suite within an hour of where we needed to be. Greenville inn and suites wanted 150$ AND they were out of order. So we took... More

This is an absolutely disgusting property and I can not recommend it at all for any type of traveller. At $48.55 (including tax) this place is about $48.30 overpriced. The laundry list of things wrong with this property is immense. They don't run the A/C in the public areas which makes for a hot interior. To be fair the breakfast... More

The room was the worst. Besides being very old with a crack in the shower and uncomfortable beds, this room was very unclean. There were ants all over the sink that just kept coming out of nowhere. After sitting down in a chair, I could see that there was something under the bed near the edge. Upon further inspection, it... More

The hotel rooms were dirty. They had messed up our reservations. The pictures of the property on the web-site are not what you get!!!! The dead bolt lock on our door did not work!!!! Stay in Cleveland or Lake Village, Ar. !!!!!!!

This is the most revolting hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. The rooms and beds were filthy, the water was brown and the indoor swimming pool was filled with drowned cockroaches. It was so disgusting that we spent as much time as possible in the evening at the Shoney's diner across the road (although we were kept... More

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice. In June 2004, we were in the newer section and that room was ok. In June 2005, we were in an older area of the hotel and that was disgusting. The second room was dirty, smelled bad, lamps didn't work and we even saw condom wrappers behind the night stand.Yuk! They do... More

Stayed there night before last on a quick business trip to the Delta. Overall appearance is very good; parking lot well-lit, lobby looks nice. This is an older hotel that has been remodeled - my compliments to the decorator. Carpet was in good shape, chair looked fairly new. The mattress was adequate. I must have caught the housekeeper on an... More
