This used to be a Hampton Inn and is almost as nice as a Hampton Inn but with a Days Inn price ie:$63.72 (including tax).

It still has all the same furnishings as before. The bed was very nice and the furniture was all in good shape. The room was a good size and had all the amenities one might expect in a nicer motel. The lobby and breakfast area are both very nice. All the (local paid) staff were very friendly.

I'm thinking they only changed names to save on the franchise fee.
The owner and his wife and many adult relatives of theirs live onsite. I only mention this as the one 'odd' thing about our stay here was that the owner and various members of his family were constantly 'patroling' the property.

For now I would recommend this property but bear in mind this was written July 2008 and only the future will tell how this property fares with it's new name. more
