We had a delightful overnight stay on the Burford cabin. The staff was very helpful when we thought we might be arriving after the normal check-in time. When we arrived we were warmly greeted at the Inn's Café. They were waiting for us with a lovely fire burning in the fireplace. We enjoyed our huge and tasty sandwiches very much... More

We really enjoyed our time here. Especially the fact there was no "noise" or distractions. The buildings were rustic, but well maintained and clean. We felt very much at home. Thanks for a wonderful time to get off the grid and just relax.

We stayed two nights in the Burford Cabin. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. This is an ideal family or couples stop on the Natchez Trace. The cabin can accommodate a family of four in a king bed and two singles in the loft. Heating and cooling is provided by a window unit similar to those used in hotels. The... More

Lovely experience. Quaint. This is what a B & B should be like. Stayed one night enroute to visit family in Tennessee and thought it was so good that we decided to book a night for our trip home. This was a great decision and made our homebound trip really pleasant.

This was our first trip to the Natchez Trace and while we were not as impressed with the Trace as we hoped,Our stay at French Camp was...We stayed in the main house and were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations....Clean, comfortable....If there was any downside, it was that we picked the weekend for our trip...The breakfast on Sunday is only a... My husband and I stayed one night in Sallie's Room at the bed and breakfast. We had the Friday night steak dinner which was delicious and then drove out to the Rainwater Observatory where we enjoyed the monthly public program and a chance to get to look through the telescopes, pick out constellations, and watch shooting stars. The inn is... More

Sissy worked hard to prepare for our weekend stay. She brought ice to the cabin and gave instructions for our food. Priscilla and Diane prepared and served our breakfast on Saturday. We really enjoyed hearing about the work of the Academy. We are 5 sisters who try to meet somewhere on the trace in the fall. French Camp proved to... More

We stayed three nights in the B & B Junior. We loved it. We actually expected something more rustic. We felt the ambiance of The French Camp in another era..... a step back in time..... with all the necessities of today. Well except for cable, but for me that was just fine. There were about 4 channels and a DVD... More

French Camp greatly exceeded our expectations. We have been meeting another couple once a year in B&B's or lodges for over fifty years. This is decidedly one of the best. What at first sounds like a negative, the lack of stores or restaurants, turns out to be a definite plus. The B&B Jr. lodge was perfect for a three day... More
