We made reservations at this "resort" motel. Before checking in, we asked to view the room. Upon opening the door, there was a terrible odor. Don't know if it was from cleaning products. mildew, air conditioner or something else but it was overpowering. We decided not to stay there and found something else. The "resort" in the name is VERY... more

A few of us checked in to hiy the casinos and play some golf in the area in which they were very accommodating getting us tee times locally. Rooms were fine especially for less than $100 each. Best of all was the outstanding food in their restaurant. Saw the comment about grumpy lady, apparently she no longer works there! No... more

I have never stayed in such a disgusting excuse for a hotel. We arrived and the rude lady at the front could not locate our reservation. We were there for a wedding and had blocks of rooms booked. Big Mistake! After speaking with 3 people the rude lady at the front finally gave us room keys that did not work.... more

First, the lights outside the doors did not work and I had to hold my cell phone light up to the doors to find my room number. Once in the room, we discovered white pet hair covering every inch of the carpet. The towels were hard and appeared not to be all that clean. We had been riding for hours... more

We happened on this place and expected it to be quite expensive. It wasn't. Loved the open-air feel of the indoor pool area. It's apparently undergoing renovations. The room was clean and off the road. more

We were traveling and saw the coupon in a magazine. The lobby didn't look too bad and we stayed even though it was $20 more for a Saturday evening. I asked about the pool and was told it was out of service...should have run then. The room was very run down and not very clean. The grounds were dirty and... more

The property was dirty, several items fromt the room was missing i.e. light bulbs, light fixtures, etc.. ,several items didnt work properly i.e refridgerator, tv remote, etc.. Several individuals just hanging out around the resorts as if they were living there. Teenagers and young adults camp out in front of my room. They were yelling, fussing, playing around, and knocking... more

I use to stay at this hotel many times back in 2002 for company trips along with four other partners of mine. At that time I never had a problem. I don't know what has happened since then but this last trip was HORRIBLE. My room was filthy, the noise was terrible (and I am not talking about the bar... more

After traveling long hours across Louisiana, this was the first hotel we found. We were tired, so we stopped. Hotel is very run down with wobbly furniture. (We thought about looking for another hotel, but another guest said she had been looking for a room for 6 hours and this was all she could find due to a ball tournament.)... more

The pictures on this website are very deceiving! They look nothing like the actual place. This place was extremely run down and dirty. We had to shove the desk and table in front of the doors in fear of our safety. Using Katrina as an excuse is shameful. I'm very confused as in why this place is still allowed to... more
